We can replicate any part, any size, shape or configuration! For example, we have duplicated gaskets that were only 1/8" wide to others that were more than 50' wide.

Our Part Reverse Engineering Process
Preparation - We unpackage and carefully clean up part as possible.
Measurement - Lasers capture the parts profile and stores data into a CAD compatible file.
Production - The CAD file is used to make tooling for our hydraulic presses or it is loaded into one of our state of the art water-jet, or knife cutting machines which ultimately create the the new part.
Validation - New part is inspected comparing each measurement to the CAD specification.
Delivery - The part along with an inspection report is packaged and delivered on your schedule.
